The 250,000 sqm Rome Logistics Hub is one of the largest development projects currently under construction in Italy.
Strategically located next to Fiumicino International Airport, it is perfectly connected to Rome’s main highways and to Civitavecchia seaport.
The first asset, 52,000 sqm of grade A storage space – certified Breeam Very Good – was completed in Q1 2024 and is fully let. The rest of the scheme is under development and will be delivered to tenants from H2 2026.
